
For avocado and crab salad, you will need:
Flesh or one ripe avocado, roughly chopped
2 cup cooked crab white meat
1/2 cup shop-bought thousand island dressing, or follow the instructions here to make you own: http://cooklikeyourgrandmother.com/2008/05/how-to-make-thousand-island-dressing/)
salt and pepper
(serves 2)
Blot dry the cooked crab meat. Lightly season with salt and pepper (you may omit salt if the meat is already salty). Mix with chopped avocado and dressing. Refridgerate for 30 minutes and serve.
