Beef brisket

This beef brisket recipe looks really good so we've put it on our "to try" list.Click here to let us know how it works for you.

The brisket is flavorful cut of beef from the breast or lower chest. This recipe would work in a conventional stewing pot but would take significantly longer, around 2 to 2 1/2 hours. In the pressure cooker, however, it takes less than half an hour. If you are adding vegetables to the pressure cooker, we would recommend making them quite chunky so they do not melt and disappear.
