Beef stir fry
 For beef stir fry, you will need: 800g rump, fillet or sirloin steak, cut into thin strips 500g asparagus, cut into 2-inch piece 2 tbsp moist black beans, mashed 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced 2 chilies, chopped 2 tbsp oil water salt and pepper (serves 4) In a large lidded wok, heat the oil and garlic over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, add the black beans and chilies and fry for 1 minute. Add beef to brown. Add asparagus, stir well. Add 150ml water. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with steamed rice.
