Chocolate Chip Cranberry Pumpkin Cookies

Thanksgiving cookies






½ c butter, softened
1 c cane or brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 c pumpkin puree
2 ¼ c all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 c fresh cranberries
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cloves
½ c semi-sweet chocolate chips


5 marshmallows, halved (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

3. Beat in vanilla, egg, and pumpkin

4. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves

5. Stir until well blended

6. Cut or mash cranberries and add to mixture with chocolate chips

7. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets

8. Bake for 10-15 minutes

9. (Optional) Add marshmallows to the top of the cookies during the last 3 minutes of baking.
