Creamy pesto tagliatelli
For creamy pesto tagliatelli, you will need:
400g tagliatelli
1 cup double cream
30g butter
150g fresh pesto (shop bought or click
here
for our pesto recipe)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
(serves 4)
Cook the tagliatelli according to manufacturer's instructions. Drain and set aside. In the frying pan, melt the butter and mix in the cream and pesto. Toss in the tagliatelli and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top.
