Creamy salmon and prawns pasta
For this creamy salmon and prawns pasta, you will need:20 medium prawns, cooked and peeled 2 salmon fillets, about 400g, poached and flaked 500ml chicken stock 250ml cream 400g spaghetti or other pasta, cooked handful of mange tout, lightly blanched and cut into thin strips 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced 4 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (serves 4) Heat the oil and garlic in a large pan. Add chicken stock and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream and cooked pasta and allow to warm up without boiling. When warm, stir in salmon, prawns, parsley and mange tout and serve.
