Deviled eggs
| For deviled eggs, you will need:
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
3 to 4 tbsp mayonnaise or salad cream
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
(serves 6 as an appetizer) |

Carefully transfer the yolks from the cooked egg halves to a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mash and mix thoroughly with a fork. Put the mixture into a pastry piping bag and fill the egg whites with the mixture. Sprinkle paprika on top and serve.
