flao

For flao, you will need:

- 400g of flour
- 400g of soft cheese
- 400g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6g of aniseed
- A small cup of aniseed
- 6 mint leaves
- Half a cup of water
- Half a cup of olive oil
- 50g of sugar

METHOD:

Put the flour into a bowl then add the water, the oil, and the grains of aniseed. Mix everything avoiding making lumps and knead the dough leaving it hard. Spread the dough over a circular dish and over the sides greased with oil. Then beat the eggs well with the sugar, incorporate the cheese and the mint. Mix this until you get a thick cream substance. Then pour this into the dish and cover the pastry. Place this in the oven at a temperature of 175ÂșC for 40 minutes. Serve cold and sprinkle a layer of sugar over the top.
