lamb burger

For lamb burger, you will need:

500g lean lamb mince

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

1 tbsp garlic granules

2 tsp onion granules

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

1 tsp chili powder

2 eggs, beaten

2 tbsp oil

Tomatoes, lettuce and buns to serve

(makes ten burgers)

Mix meat with all the seasoning, bread crumbs, oil and eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator one hour before cooking. Shaped the meat into ten burgers. Cook on medium-hot barbecue for approximately 5 to 7 minutes each side until cooked through. Slice the tomatoes and lettuce and serve in buns.
