Mexican fajitas

Mexican Fajitas

This is a Mexican specialty and the taste lingers on your taste buds.

Ingredients:

1 pound Pork Tenderloin, thinly sliced
2-3 Tbsp. Fajita Seasoning or Marinade
1/2 Onion, sliced
1/2 Green Pepper, sliced
4-6 Flour Tortillas, warmed

Place the fajita seasoning and the sliced pork pieces in a deep seated bowl and toss the bowl, until the pork pieces absorb the seasoning well. Once this process is complete to satisfaction, transfer the pork pieces to a non-stick skillet and add thinly sliced onions and green pepper and heat them over medium heat until the pork pieces turn soft.

Warm the tortilla, transfer small amounts of the soft pork pieces into the tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and then the dish becomes ready for serving. This is an easy preparation and saves time.

You can keep the bought pork in the freezer for an hour for easy slicing, which makes your task simple. A soft and brownish tortilla is useful to roll the pork pieces and allows easy consumption of the recipe.
