Prawn and pork balls

For prawn and pork balls,
you will need:prawn and pork balls


500g peeled prawns

300g ground pork

2 slices white bread

1 tsp salt

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp sesame oil

4 tbsp sweet chili sauce

oil for deep frying

(serves 4 as an appetizer)

1. Remove the crust from the bread and break into small pieces and blend it in the blender until it is crumble. Set aside.

2. Put the washed and dried prawn in the blender and roughly blend then add in the minced pork to blend until mixed together.

3. Put in a mixing bowl and add salt, white pepper and sesame oil and mixed well.

4. Roll the mixture into small balls by hand and roll it over the breadcrumb.

5. Deep fry the prawn balls in a preheated fryer at around 190°C (375°F) until they float and turn golden yellow.

6. Place them in a plate and serve with sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
