Shrimps with creamy avocado dip
 For shrimps with creamy avocado dip, you will need: 2 ripe avocados 3 tbsp soured cream 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp lemon juice 500g / 1lb large shrimps, procooked and shells removed olive oil salt 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 2 little gem lettuces, washed and leaves separated 1 cumcumber, thinly sliced lemon wedges and fresh parsley to serve Put the flesh of the avocados, soured cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/2 tsp salt in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Transfer into small sauce dishes. Warm the garlic and 2 tbsp olive oil over gentle heat for about 3 minutes (do not burn). Add the shrimps and warm through. Serve with the lettuce, cucumber and dip, garnished with lemon wedges and parsley.
