Sloppy joes

Some believe that this American dish of ground beef, onions and seasonings served in a hamburger bun originated from Sloppy Joe's Bar in Key West.

For this recipe, you will need:

1 tsp vegetable oil
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup water
potato buns

Brush a skillet with the oil; add the beef and onion and sauté 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients except the buns and simmer, uncovered 10 minutes, spoon over buns and get sloppy.
