For this tuna pasta salad, you will need: 400g flaked tuna 1/2 small onion, finely chopped 4 heaped tbsp mayonnaise 350g bow tie or penne pasta 300g green or white seedless grapes, washed and cut into halves salt and pepper (serves 4) Cook the pasta as per manufacturer's intructions, drain and cool in the refrigerator. When chilled, mix in all the other ingredients and serve.
