Very berry very easy trifle
For this very berry very easy trifle, you will need:
120ml dessert wine
240g blueberries
300g raspberries
300ml vanilla custard
300ml thick cream
12 sponge fingers
2 tbsp white chocolate flakes
(serves 4)
Spit the sponge fingers between 4 glass dessert dishes and soak in dessert wine for about 10 minutes. Add mixture of berries on top. Pour custard and cream over the berries and top with chocolate flakes.
